Return and Exchange Policy

What is our Return and Exchange Policy?

All returns and exchanges must be submitted within 10 business days upon receipt of the goods, unused with all tags attached and packaging intact. You are responsible for return shipping fees except for defective items or items sent in error. You will not be charged for the shipping of the exchanged product. You shall assume all risks of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Beauty Lies Beneath. We are not responsible for any damage which occurs as a result of the return shipping or lost packages. We recommend using a traceable method of shipping for your protection.

Beauty Lies Beneath has the right to refuse any return or exchange if you (1) return without an RMA (2) beyond 10 business days (3) items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, are missing parts or pieces, or damaged in any way.

FINAL sale items can be exchanged, or returned for a merchandise credit, except for adhesive products, breast enhancers, and butt pads. Adhesive products, breast enhancers, and our butt pads cannot be exchanged or refunded. For returns on final-sale merchandise, a 10% restocking fee will incur.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping and decide to return item(s) for a refund that results in your merchandise total is less than $50, you will be charged for the shipping cost. You will be credited with the difference between the merchandise amount and the shipping costs. For example:

Original Purchased Amount = $ 55

Returned Amount = $ 20
Shipping Cost = $ 6
Amount credited to you = $ 14 (20 - 6) will process your return or exchange in approximately 7 - 14 business days and will notify you once we have done so. If a refund is requested, we will process it on the original payment method used, except for the final sale of merchandise. Final sale items can only be returned for merchandise credit.

Defective items will be replaced with the same product. You will not be charged for the shipping cost.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please complete the RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Request Form within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise

We will respond to your request within 1-3 business days. We will issue an RMA number and shipping instructions via email.

Unauthorized Returns:

We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. No Exceptions. You must receive authorization for any items being returned to us for exchange or refund. Unauthorized and/or ineligible returns will not be processed for a refund or exchange. If you would like the item(s) to be returned to you, will gladly ship the item(s) back to you at your expense. Unauthorized returns may be subject up to 50% restocking charges.
