Return / Exchange Policies
What are our return / exchange policies?
All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 7 business days upon receipt of the goods, unused with all tags attached and packaging intact. You are responsible for return shipping fees; however, you will not be charged shipping fee for the exchanged product. Due to health code regulations, panties, lingerie, shapewear, along with our breast and butt enhancer products are FINAL sale items, except if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping and decide to return item(s) for a refund that result in your merchandise total being less than $50, you will be charged for the shipping cost. You will be credited the difference between the merchandise amount and the shipping costs. For example:
Original Purchased Amount = $ 55
Returned Amount = $ 20 Shipping Cost = $ 6 Amount credited to you = $ 14 (20 - 6)
BeautyLiesBeneath.com will process your return / exchange approximately 7 - 14 business days and will notify you once we have done so. If a refund is requested, we will process it on the original payment method used.
How do I return / exchange an item?
Please e-mail us at support@BeautyLiesBeneath.com for RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number with the following information:
Order Number (if known) Name E-mail address Phone number Refund or exchange reason
Please also provide us the following information, if you are exchanging an item: Product Code Product Description Option (Color, Size, etc.) Quantity
We will not accept any returns without RMA number. Thank you.
NOTE: If your package is returned to us for the following reasons: as unclaimed or undeliverable, you must pay the cost of a second mailing. BeautyLiesBeneath.com will not be responsible for the lost of packages or products sent back to us that have been unclaimed or undeliverable. Items that are used or returned more than 7 business days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or has parts or tags missing for reasons not due to our error will result in partial credit - up to 50% of item's price. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. USPS is not a guaranteed service. Your order may take up to two weeks for domestic mail and four weeks for International mail.
