It is truly a great bra. April 8, 2008 Reviewer: Anonymous person from Baltimore, MD United States   I was curious why the first reviewer voted this the best padded bra. I had some doubts, but I bought it anyway...just to see how different this bra is.  To my surprise, the bra gave me volume where I needed it.  It lifted my small breasts and for the first time I actually look like a women instead of a girl.   The other good thing about this bra is that I don't have to worry about pads falling out.
